 Do you need a helping hand with your garden?

My allotment has been my garden 

for the last 15 years.

Mother Nature has almost overwhelmed me 

a number of times,

   

but now I feel that she and I have reached a point 

where we understand each other quite well.

 

In the limited time we spend together 

our combined efforts seem 

to produce happy results,

  

which is a good thing.

  

      

I cannot claim that it is all plain sailing

  and I have learned through

trial and error, 

 

green-fingered gardeners,

books

 and the great, big worldwide web.
